Featured Ads Spot
What it is: Featured Ads are premium spots on our platform where listings get prominent placement. This is available on our homepage, specific category pages, and at the top of search results. These spots are highly visible and attract more views than regular listings.
How it works: Sellers can pay an additional fee to have their ad listed in the Featured Ads section for a specified duration. This ensures their property gets maximum exposure to potential buyers or renters browsing the site.
Top Ads Spot
What it is: Similar to Featured Ads, Top Ads are given priority placement but are often located at the very top of search results or category pages. They’re designed to be the first listings a user sees when searching for specific criteria, making them highly effective for increasing visibility.
How it works: Sellers can opt to have their listing displayed in the Top Ads section for a set period. This service is available for an additional fee and provides the advantage of being one of the first properties potential buyers or renters see. This premium positioning helps listings stand out from the competition and can significantly increase the chances of a quick sale or rental.
Bump Ads Spot
What it is: Bump Ads allow sellers to ‘bump’ their listings back to the top of search results or the main listing page as if it were a new listing. This feature helps maintain visibility over time, especially for listings that might have been posted for a while and have moved down due to newer ads being added.
How it works: For a fee, a seller’s existing ad is moved to the top of the listing page or search results, thereby renewing its visibility without the need to create a new ad. This feature can be used multiple times, and it’s especially useful for sellers in a competitive market who want to keep their listing visible without constantly lowering the price or making significant changes to the ad itself.

How to Use Featured, Top, and Bump Ads Features on Quick Property Finder
- Login to your dashboard and click on My Listing from the menu.
- On the property listing page, tap on the 3 dotted menu and select promote.
- You will be taken to the promotion page where you can select the promotional features you want (PS: Prices on this screenshot are strictly for tutorial purposes ad prices may differ)
- Proceed to payment, make payment and the system will automatically promote the ad when the paayment is completed.
